SW saws are employed in sawing materials such as Tungsten Carbide, hardened Steels, Fiberglass, Ceramics, Epoxy, and reinforced Plastics. Also widely used for Marble cutting. Electroplated with nickel-bonded abrasive particles to follow profile geometry precisely.
Diamond Application & Coolant Compatibility
Best operated with Water-Based Soluble Coolant. Recommended for cutting and grinding hard, abrasive, non-ferrous materials:
- Tungsten Carbide, Fiberglass, Stone & Marble
- Ferrite, Composite Materials, Industrial Ceramics
- Rubber, Reinforced Plastics & Glass
Note: For high-carbon steels (>0.7% carbon) or high-speed tool steel, request CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) options with oil-based soluble coolant. Electroplated tools can be stripped and re-plated after initial use.
