PM Grinding Pins are precision mounted points used for internal grinding, deburring and fine shaping of hardened metals, carbide, and ceramics. Manufactured across an extensive diameter range with fine, medium and coarse grit options colour-coded for quick identification on the shank.

Grit Size Guide
Fine grits, Medium grits, and Coarse grits are available across the range, colour-coded on the pin for quick identification. All PM grinding pins are also available in other diameters, grit sizes and measurements upon request.
Non-plated recess as of diameter 10mm. Minimum clamping length = half of total length (Le = 0.5 × L). Tolerance: D<Ø2mm = ±0.05mm, D≥Ø2mm = ±0.15mm, T = ±1.0mm, L1 = ±1.0mm, Y = h6, L = ±1.0mm.
